Yatsenyuk invites U.S. business to privatize Ukrainian companies

Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has urged the U.S. businessmen to participate in privatization of Ukrainian enterprises, Ukrinform reports.

"We call on the U.S. business to participate in the large-scale privatization of the Ukrainian state-owned enterprises," the PM said during the Ukraine-US Investment Conference.

Poroshenko: Government won't let destabilization happen

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has warned that the authorities will not allow the domestic situation to be destabilized, and said that the incident in Mukacheve, Zakarpattia region, was about re-distribution of contraband flows and the inquiry should lead to relevant staff reshuffles, Interfax-Ukraina reports.

IMF warns Ukrainian authorities about the loan conversion bill

Representatives of the International Monetary Fund in Ukraine expressed concern about the possibility of adoption by MPs of seven "fiscal" bills, including the loan conversion bill.

The statement was made by Director of the IMF European Department Poul Thomsen, Ukrinform reports.

"Legislative initiatives – like bill 1558-1 on the conversion of FX loans into hryvnia – would impose a significant cost on banks, and through them on most banks’ depositors and borrowers, for the benefit of the few," Thomsen said.

President of Ukraine approved the Law that restricts time limits when the under ages may be outside without adult supervision. The regulation defines hours from 22:00 till 6:00 as period when such public places as night clubs, pubs, bars, game clubs, bowlings, internet cafes are banned to host teens without any of parents or their authorized person.

WebMoney Ukraine renovated its work

WebMoney International payment system faced serious problem in Ukraine. The company local office was searched by the State Tax Service June, 11th. That caused UAH 60 mln. was blocked on WebMoney's accounts. 

Some news agencies, reffering to the company account on FB, announced WebMoney has started to fulfil its commitments. All the enqueries for June, 10-11th, are settled. At the same time, final completion of the restoration is still under question.    

Ukraine gets stuck on Euro-3

Ministry of coal industry and energy of Ukraine offered to leave fuel Euro-3 standard valid till the end of 2015. The Department recommended the Cabinet of Ministers to approve the technical regulations, indulging fuel quality conditions for the traders.
